What is a magnetic mosquito net?

A magnetic mosquito net is a mesh curtain in two halves with small magnets sewn along the middle seam. You walk through, the halves part, and the magnets pull them shut again behind you. Most are fixed around the frame with self-adhesive hook-and-loop (Velcro-type) tape, sometimes with tacks or staples for extra hold, so there is no drilling. The mesh is usually polyester or fibreglass.

Good at: a fast, low-commitment fix you can put up yourself and take down again.
Watch out for: adhesive tape does not hold well on every surface (reviewers note it sticks poorly on concrete or stone), a soft mesh can sag or tear with busy doors, children and pets, and there is no frame or lock.

What is a custom-made screen?
